Product Overview
STFF-1500 360° Air Feeding Automatic Fish Feeder
The STFF-1500 is an advanced pneumatic automatic fish feeding system designed for large-scale aquaculture operations. Instead of traditional manual feeding, this system uses a high-pressure blower to transport fish feed through pipelines and distribute pellets evenly through a 360° rotating spreading plate.
With long-distance conveying capability, large feeding coverage, low operating noise, and high feeding efficiency, the STFF-1500 helps farmers reduce labor costs, improve feeding accuracy, and achieve more scientific fish farming management.
The system is especially suitable for large fish ponds, reservoirs, and intensive aquaculture farms where uniform feeding and efficient feed utilization are required.
Key Features
1. 360° Uniform Feed Distribution
The centrifugal spreading system rotates at high speed to distribute pellets evenly around the feeding area, reducing feed accumulation and improving feeding efficiency.
2. Long-Distance Pneumatic Feed Conveying
Equipped with a powerful 3kW high-pressure blower, the feeder transports pellets through a 50-meter delivery pipe, allowing flexible installation away from pond banks.
3. Large Capacity Automatic Feeding
The 0.75m³ stainless steel hopper can store approximately 500kg of feed, while the feeding capacity reaches up to 1500kg/h, making it suitable for commercial aquaculture farms.
4. Automatic Timing Control
The intelligent controller supports scheduled feeding operations, allowing farmers to set feeding time, feeding duration, and intervals according to fish growth requirements.
5. Stainless Steel Structure for Aquaculture Environment
The main body is manufactured with stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability for long-term outdoor operation.
Application
The STFF-1500 automatic fish feeder is widely used in:
- Large freshwater fish ponds
- Intensive aquaculture farms
- Reservoir fish farming
- Tilapia farming
- Carp farming
- Catfish farming
- Trout farming
- Commercial hatcheries
Working Principle
The STFF-1500 adopts positive pressure pneumatic conveying technology.
Fish pellets are loaded into the storage hopper. The rotary feeding mechanism controls the pellet discharge rate, while the high-pressure blower generates airflow to transport feed through the delivery pipe. At the pond side, the rotating spreading plate distributes pellets evenly over a 360° feeding area.
This design enables automatic, accurate, and efficient feeding without requiring workers to manually spread feed.

Controller usage setting:
a.Time setting: twisting knob to set the total feeding time according to the request,( time: Minutes)。
b.feeding setting: twisting knob to set the feeding time, the green light will be on whiling feeding(time: second)
c.interval setting:twisting knob to adjust the feeding
Time, the green light will be off while interval ( time: second )
the dot of the digital display is twinkled one time while machine running, it means one second. When the digital display return backed to “0”, it means the machine is stopped working. Turn one the power switch or remote disconnection of the power. the machine will work according to the original setting procedure. Note: in case of power failure, please disconnect the power. Otherwise, it will be come into the working status while power on
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
| Machine sinks | ① Support rod is broken. ② Float is leaking. | Replace or weld the support rod. Replace the float. |
| No feed is discharged | ① Delivery pipe is blocked. ② Feed is not discharged from the hopper. ③ Spreading motor is not operating. ④ High-pressure blower is not operating. | Stop feeding and clear the delivery pipe. Repair the feed discharge mechanism. Check the electrical wiring or repair the motor. Inspect the high-pressure blower. |
| Insufficient spreading distance | Low voltage to the spreading motor. | Check the power supply voltage. |
| Blower overheats abnormally | ① Filter element is dirty. ② Ambient temperature or inlet air temperature is too high. | Clean the filter element. Reduce the inlet air temperature. |
