Pond Splash Aerators (also known as bubblers or high oxygen transfer units) are ideal for shallow ponds suffering from stagnation, algae, or foul odors. These aerators create vigorous bubbling at the water’s surface, allowing maximum oxygen transfer into the pond, improving water quality. Splash aerators are particularly effective in shallow waters, with minimum depths ranging from 15″ for the 2400 model to 20″ for the 8400 system.
All FUTI Splash Aerators are self-contained, lightweight units that float on the water’s surface. Each aerator comes with a single power cord and two or three mooring lines for easy installation and maintenance by one person. These units are perfect for continuous duty aeration or supplemental aeration in various applications such as commercial aquaculture, agricultural ponds, industrial plants, municipal wastewater treatment, and backyard ponds. Splash aerators are especially suited for situations where decorative fountain patterns are unnecessary.
