About AQUAEXPO EL ORO 2025
From July 8 to 10, 2025, the city of Machala in El Oro province hosted the professional aquaculture event AQUAEXPO EL ORO 2025. As one of the most important regional exhibitions in southern Ecuador, the event featured advanced farming equipment, integrated systems, and expert-led technical forums, offering a strategic platform to boost farm efficiency and expand global partnerships.
FUTI Aerator Makes an Impression on International Visitors
Our client Madan actively participated in the event, showcasing flagship product — the 3HP paddle wheel aerator equipped with a stainless steel water-cooled IE3 motor. This motor features a power efficiency SAE rating of 1.92, which is over 30% higher than many standard aerators on the market. The electricity saved over the course of a year is equivalent to the cost of purchasing an entire Paddle wheel aerator.
At their exhibition booth, Madan introduced the structural advantages and technical features of the FUTI Paddle Wheel Aerator to shrimp farmers, distributors, and technical experts from across Latin America.

To help farmers better understand aeration performance, Madan presented two types of paddles at the booth:

- Often used in the corners of ponds to promote circulation.
- Help create a water environment aligned with shrimp behavior.
High-Efficiency Paddle Wheels:
- Feature staggered left- and right-spiral blades forming a helicoidal pattern.
- Produce broader water diffusion angles and stronger splashing force.
- Improve vertical water mixing, enhancing oxygen transfer throughout the water column.

Smart Aquaculture System Demonstration
In addition to aeration equipment, the booth also featured an introduction to the “Sistema de Alimentación Inteligente” (Smart Feeding System). This included a remote communication gateway, allowing integration with data dashboards and telemetry control.

Madan also showcased photos of large shrimp ponds already equipped with FUTI Paddle Wheel Aerators. These systems have significantly improved oxygenation performance and pond productivity.
